First off this is a second floor property and the elevator was inaccessible when we got there. We called the owner and she said she would have someone out within 45 minutes for us to use the elevator. No one ever showed up so we had to haul all our luggage, coolers, etc up the stairs. "I stayed at Birds Nest Resort on June 16-18. What a great place! Very quaint and very quiet. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Angie was very nice and made you feel welcome. I will definitely stay here again."

( i would have waited and booked later) and there was no staff after 8. I didnt like walking down a dark alley to go in the back door"

After check-in, the receptionist was nowhere to be found for the rest of our stay, and the place felt a bit deserted. Most amenities weren't available, and the furniture was quite old and outdated.
