"I would have given a 5 star, but the maid service was terrible. We were in a room without a washer and dryer, so we were supposed to get fresh linen daily and trash pickup daily. Out of five days, we had trash pickup 2 days, and never received fresh towels. We had to go go get towels ourselves from the check in desk Monday afternoon again Wednesday afternoon. I even stopped the maid on several occasions and they told me our towels would be swapped out when they got down to our end of the hall....
