OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Updates for Stays Arriving July 1st, 2024:

• Resort Fee: Decreases to $25/night (before taxes) for stays from July 1st onwards. (Existing fee: $39.27/night until June 30th)
• Parking Fee: Introduces a new fee of $20/car/night (not taxed) starting July 1st. Guests booked before March 1st are exempt.
• 1 car permitted per hotel room and one bedroom, and up to 2 cars permitted per two bedroom
• Not allowed: RV, Trailer, or Commercial Truck Parking.

Upon arrival:

• A damage deposit of the amount of the first night's stay
• The items above denoted by an asterisk (*): An amenities fee and Tahoe surcharge of $39.27/night (including tax) is collected, which includes:
• Includes Daily American-style breakfast buffet, served in the lobby breakfast room from 7am-10am; Weekly guest activities, such as Après wine receptions, smores nights, and other events as schedule permits;
High Speed Wireless Internet in each guest room and all public spaces; Propane BBQ Grill rentals by both pool areas (only Forest Suites grills are permitted, due to fire hazard); Fitness room, with various cardio machines, free weights and shower/changing rooms; Family game room with XBOX and Nintendo, billiards, foosball, basketball, and darts.

• Rollaway bed fee (if requested): $15 USD/night (maximum 1 bed)
