"We booked this property for our immediate family of 7 to attend a family member's funeral. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone and games to keep the kids busy. Neighborhood was nice and quiet, owners were very helpful. I would definately stay again if we have another family event.again if we have another family event. we h"

"We loved this house. The price was great. The inside was nicely done and very comfortable. The backyard was huge with ample seating. The coffee bar was a great touch. Sheets were like butter so much so I had to look at the label and plan on buying some when I get home. They were so easy to converse with. We will be back for sure when we bowl again! "

"Our multi-generation , multi-state family recently gathered and stayed at clean and comfortable The House of Blues. Host, Nichole, was welcoming and responsive. The three levels worked well to give the different family units their own space. The younger generations particularly enjoyed the lower level which included comfy TV viewing seating, a sports table, games, and counter/frig for snacks and drinks. This was a winter stay, so the deck looked spacious but we can’t really speak to it or...

"My family and my little girls best friend met in Wichita for a first time trip together for their birthdays. The place was fabulous and met all of our needs. The host is very responsive and answered questions quickly. Def will stay here, again for any future trips to Wichita. "

"Came to Wichita to visit friends, this place was perfect for us. It was pretty centrally located and the setup was great. Loved that there were two living rooms with comfy couches and the bedrooms/ bathrooms were really great. Loved that were was a firepit although we ended up being too busy to use it afterall. "

"This is a lovely property. Seven family members and our elderly dog stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. The hosts are friendly and easy to communicate with, and they even left us a tasty treat upon arrival. "

"VRBO was centrally located to where I needed to travel during my stay. Nice location so I didn't have to travel far to any stores or locations. Plenty of Room in the VRBO. Pretty Quiet neighborhood. There were some people across the street that made some noise at 3 in the Morning. Other than that house was accommodating for what was needed. Owner was friendly. Would recommend if someone has events planned in down town Wichita"

"Enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood and great location. It was extremely COLD during our visit, we were thankful for a pool table and dart board for things to do inside. House was clean and property manager communicated well. I would have given 5 stars but overall comfort level was a little minimalist (no lamps beside beds for night time reading, and only a few blanks"

"Great location! The house was a quick easy drive to many attractions. We had a great time in the hot tub! There were lots of towels for shower and hot tub use, thanks! Although we didn’t use the fire pit, there was LOTS of wood and supplies available. There were a few condiments and coffee supplies in the kitchen in case you needed a little something. "

"Nice property, as shown in pictures. Easy to access, convenient location, responsive communication.One note - it’s a duplex and the rental is half so the porch area is only one side. Still plenty of room, no noise from the other side, no complaints. Would book again."
