"The property and location were great. We couldn"t use the amenities and fabulous balcony because of lousy weather, but will come back another time for sure, when the weather is better. We had issues with the heating (it was really cold weather that week), and Sergio worked hard to get maintenance to repair it. We had great communication with him and the property manager, Gary. They were quick to respond to our messages. We will definitely stay here again, when we return to Orlando"

The balcony was great to have with a nice view. Con’s: Communication was poor. Mark sent 2 emails that were exactly the same. They both advised us to read the check in instructions carefully. "My friends and I had all loved the Vrbo listing here in Orlando. It was easy to get into and the space accomodated all of our needs for our large group. The place was clean, very spacious which helped us all get ready faster when it came to having to go out. The host and cohost were both very nice and helpful with information. If I'm back in the Orlando area, I'll be looking into booking with them again. "

"This was my 4th Vista Cay Property in the past 5 years or so, and while the room rate was competitive with similar properties in the Resort, this unit was the least tidy and most barebones of any I've stayed in. Bedroom furniture and living room couch are in serious need of replacement. Drywall around the outlets in the main living area was caved in. Comforter on a twin bed in the guest room was visibly dirty and stained. Carpets had visible stains. I'd say the unit was, at best, "adequate." "
