"I am surprised that these people will charge you extra for a parking spot. The parkings were empty but I still had to park outside. My opinion is that these people are amatures in business. I travel very often and I have seen many of these places fail. Greedy bunch. Its rediculous. I will never go back. "

"Visting our daughter from the US while she studied at UCT just a mile away. "We really enjoyed our stay and couldn’t have picked a better location. The beach and Camp’s Bay waterfront were a short walk and it was an easy drive from the airport and to a lot of different sites. It was very nice to have a yard to relax in and the property is surrounded by a lot of vegetation so has a sense of privacy. Trade off for the convenient location is that the surrounding houses are very close. A house down the street had two dogs that barked incessantly and the next door neighbor...

"This beautiful cottage was beyond our expectations. Well decorated with all the appointments. It was so nice to arrive late from the airport to a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the sunset. Too bad it was a little too chilly to use the pool. Thank you for trusting your home to our family. Kate was great!"

"The Newlands Peak Apartment was in a great location for us, within a short drive of the V&A waterfront and with safe secure parking. The cafe within the apartment was nice and there is another cafe across the road. We felt safe at all times during our stay. The security was excellent and the apartment itself was perfect, two good sizes rooms with all the amenities and moderm with good WiFi. Woudl recommend."
