"Was not expecting to be in the basement of a home that they created into a little apartment. The home owner showed us to the lockbox and explained everything on getting in and out. There were house rules like quiet hours after 10pm which would have been good to know, it was NYE and we wanted to play music after our concert but we were to scared to be loud or wake up the home owner. There was also only one bathroom connected to the bedroom so any friends sleeping on the couch in the living room...

"The home was nice and had more space than described in the listing. We stayed in late November and were able to enjoy the 3-season living area. There were actually 3 bedrooms though it was listed as 2 with a shared bed/living area. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Provided extras like snacks and coffee. Not brand new, but suited our family's needs. "

"The price was very reasonable. It was great to be near restaurants and coffee shops. Unfortunately, we were there over the weekend and there was considerable noise into the wee hours of the morning. We learned that one needs to register with MPD for parking and there are restrictions. You can only park on the street for 3 days out of 30 and need to park on the odd side on odd days and even side on even nights. The WI-FI was poor. "We enjoyed our visit during a wedding trip and would recommend this property to others looking for a well equipped 2 floor space with room to relax. Highlights were cozy den with eclectic decorations and plants, well provisioned kitchen, upstairs loft with fireplace and wet bar, and more. Plenty of heat and hot water. Great location for our trip to town!"
