"The online check-in worked very well, and the house was great and very clean. Unfortunately we had a problem with electricity to the kitchentte including the refrigerator. We wrote to Vince about it on the first evening. He answered very quickly and contacted maintainance and promissed it would be fixed asap, but it never Got to work, and we did not hear from him the following the days, which was a bit odd. Apart from that we liked our stay in the lovely house and the quiet neighborhood. "

"We had a really great 1-week stay at this property. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and I really appreciated all of the extra little touches: vintage record player, acoustic guitar, fully stocked spice cabinet in the kitchen, space heater for extra coziness, tower fan for an extra breeze, and plenty of bathroom towels. There were also a couple of nit picky things: drain in tub was broken/does not plug (so you can only take a shower), vent/fan above stove does not work, conditioner bottle was...

"The studio apartment was the perfect place for our long weekend in Seattle. So many amenities at our doorstep! We discovered Freya Bakery on our last day…don’t miss that wonder if you are staying at this VRBO! The place was clean and tidy. Great water pressure in the shower! (A surprise for an older building!) If one has a car, the Pike Street Market parking was great @36 for 24 hours. "

"Apartment was just as advertised, very clean and in a great location. Close to Ballard restaurants and a QFC grocery store. Parking for your car right in front of your door. Host is great, replies right away to any question you may have. Looking forward to staying again in the future."

"We were unaware we were in a basement, although didn’t look like it, we still would’ve wanted to know. Surroundings outside were unsafe due to the homeless sleeping at the park. The community center across the street also attracted a bunch of rowdy people. "

"The tiny little wall heater struggled to keep the place warm. It was freezing most of the time until I finally figured out how to change the program on the thermostat. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex, or laundry soap. I figured it out, but would have been nice to have those items. The bed was quite soft. I slept well, but feel like a longer stay might not have been good. There were no extra blankets or pillows. I loved that it was in walking distance to the grocery store...
