"The house is warm and welcoming as soon as you open the door and, WOW what a view. The house is spacious and quiet even being on the main road. The kitchen is well stocked, and has high end appliances, (nice washer and dryer in a closet I would call every woman's dream) The bathroom offers a nice bathtub and shower, (with an abundance of plush bath towels) and the beds are cozy and comfortable. The house is well located to local activities such as sport complex, casino, and beautiful downtown...

"Our family group included senior parents, mid age and teens. The house has recently been updated throughout and offered a comfortable setting for our group. There is a lot of well thought out space and amenities packed into this small house. The location is ideal walking distance for IA games and activities. We rented in December and walked to Carver for a game. The driveway is a bit tight for larger vehicles, and careful your vehicle is not on the sidewalk - you might get a ticket. ...

"This was a nice property we would stay. There are many more times when going to see our son. It was only One minute away from him the house was clean and very nice. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a two bedroom one bath. It was exceptional"

"The space was great as we needed room to gather after my mom's memorial service. The bedrooms met our needs - we only slept in them. We appreciated having the double oven to heat/bake food for a gathering. The 2-car garage was great making packing the car nicer in the very cold weather.Grocery stores were nearby. The location was great for the memorial service and graveside ceremony. Folks joining us after the services had no trouble finding us.The only negative items were the very steep...

"This is a clean, updated, quiet property with room for spreading out or gathering. The outdoor space looks like it would be fun in the summer! The host was prompt in answering my questions. We enjoyed our family time together!"

"Having never been in Iowa before it was such a pleasure to spend a very short, unfortunately, time in charming Le Claire. This home is very comfortable and well maintained. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood close to the freeway. I wish we’d had time to stay another night or two. The sheets were nice as was the bed. These are thoughtful hosts that even provided for forgotten toiletries. Loved it!"

"We stayed here for a Hawkeye football game and it was the perfect location! The neighborhood was family friendly, quiet, and brand new. The separation of floors allowed for kids and adults to have their own space. Such a great experience! "

"great location and walking distance to a lot of places. BUT we felt like we were staying in someone's house who packed up and left for the weekend. It was not very sanitary, there were multiple dog beds throughout the house, even though the listing said no pets, which made it hard for my partner who is extremely allergic to dogs. We didn't use the upstairs bathroom because the shower was so moldy. There were personal items left in the bathroom drawers and the fidge had open food and there was...
