"Staff and location were excellent! Only issue was the elevator seemed to not be functioning. Thankfully we were on the 3rd floor so we took the stairs the whole stay. Third time at this hotel, so this is where we stay if we want to be near the French Quarter. Walked everywhere! "

"The hotel seems to be worn down. A cold gust was blowing in the corridors and as the doors were poorly fitted, it also blew underneath the doors and into the rooms. The consequence was cold feet and difficult to keep warm. Breakfast was very expensive, i had a fae better breakfast at a diner just a block away and at half the cost. The Lobby was poorly organised and the entrace/exit was constantly a bottleneck in either direction. The breakfasr area and the Lobby is just one big room and the...

"My wife and I love the Intercontinental. When ever we stay in New Orleans we try and book the intercontinental. The location is convenient to walk to most of the local attractions but the hotel is beautiful and the staff is very nice. "
