"The property is new and very well planned. The unit has 2 master rooms and en-suite bathrooms, which was perfect for our 2 families. It is spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated in modern furnishings. The linens and kitchenware are good, but some extra pates, cups and mixing bowls would be great. The clubhouse and pool are very nice, but we did not use them as we ventured out each day. Highly recommend this beautiful and clean property!"

"My family of 4 stayed 2 nights at this location. I was a little hesitant with the parking garage situation, but it turned out to be very easy. It was a very short walk to the parking garage, and it was reasonably priced. We really enjoyed walking around downtown Knoxville, Market Square, Old City, etc. The restaurant options are great in Market Square! "Very clean and well utilized space for this one bedroom and bath carriage house. Well stocked amenities. Many outside areas to relax and enjoy the peaceful property. St Elmo is a quaint lovely town. 1885 Grill for cocktails and meals is a must! The property was convenient to every venue we had planned on visiting. I highly recommend. "

"This suite is perfect for a couple, especially if you have a dog. Location is close to both the city of Chattanooga, as well as the parks/nature preserves in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the host is very responsive. Would love to stay here again! "

"Me and my husband stayed here and loved it, the rooms were beautifully decorated very rustic. You are right on the water, it was very quiet despite being right off the rd, we wound up extending our stay by a couple of days ans Mrs Wendy was very accommodating and very sweet, we will definitely book with her again and would recommend anyone to book with her "

"Beautiful condo. Perfectly well stocked, including a very cool kennel for your dogs. Very comfy bed and well done shower/bathroom. And yes, a view of the stadium from your window.This was a perfect place for my wife, son and our two dogs. We enjoyed the short walk to market Square. "The condo was small but very nice and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The kitchen was functional. The kids loved to use the spiral staircase as a jungle gym. The place did have wifi despite saying that it didn't, so that was a welcomed surprise. The only annoyance was that the window by the downstairs bed did not have blinds, so if you want to sleep past sunrise, I hope bright lights don't bother you! The blinds were in the corner, so I guess that previous renters had broken it off....

"From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a peaceful retreat from everyday life. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire process stress-free. Every detail was thought out – from the cozy bedding to the outside porch. "Great little place to stay, the views were absolutely breathtaking. The condo was clean for the most part. The wall color showed some spots and if you have people above you that walk heavily you will hear it, but other then that it was great. We will definitely stay here again! (4 bears seen from balcony!)"

"Nice stay. Liked the water. Only downfall was could not control the heat. Kinda chilly in afternoons and wore our jackets til bedtime.It would be nice to have a t.v. especially in wi ter months. Other than that, It was nice."
