"We stayed for three nights. We cooked and baked there. All the amenities we needed were available in the kitchen. Also had laundry. Very clean and easy access from airport and to town. If you are a light sleeper check if there are small children next door for VRBO. Neighbors can be heard from living room. But I didn’t notice it from bedroom. However when I notified the host she immediately called them and it quieted down. Plus the beds are so comfortable I heard nothing once I was in bed. Easy...

"The property was amazing…very quaint and quiet yet accessible to all of Girdwood, Anchorage and the Kenai. We were there in early December and had no problems getting around. We will definitely return!"

"I stayed in an apartment in the upper level of this complex in October. The apartment interior is lovely, clean, and spacious. It was easy to access, and I received excellent instructions for gaining entry and for checking out. It is not, however, especially well-insulated for sound (lots of noise from neighboring apartment with baby crying and high-pitched metallic squeal coming from neighboring residence on windier days, someone running a power drill at 11:30 pm). "It was a nice set up with 2 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, decent living area, and kitchen easy to cook in. We were also thankful for a garage to park in. There is also a creek nearby that we could hike too. Good proximity to Kincaid park, and downtown. "

"This is a great location that is close to everything! The property is retro-cool in a historical building. The Cookery, my favorite restaurant in Seward, is pretty much across the street, and the SeaLife Center is just around the corner. The trail along the water is just a couple of blocks away. The owner was super easy to communicate with, and it all made for a great saty! Thanks! "

"Every possible thing a guest could need was provided! This is exceptional. Our stay was fantastic, and the steam shower was an unexpected WOW! The space is comfortable, clean, and very doable for two couples. We were greeted warmly and communication was very smooth and timely. We would stay again!!"

"It was a nice place to stay for a few days before moving to Washington. It was conveniently located. No complaints, except someone checked to see if the front door was locked while I was there. It was a shock but I'm pretty sure it was just the owner making sure that I had the door locked or at least that's what I told myself."
