And the neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, well located to other parts of town. And even a very convenient parking space. Highly recommend it. Lastly, the property manager is very responsive and friendly and helpful. "

"Stayed over Vday weekend— no complaints, space was nice and served my needs perfectly. Had lots of animal/pet related decor and gave the space a nice aesthetic. Owner was communicative and easy to work with! "If you looking for basic accommodations in an BnB in Chicago, this rental is definitely both. Apartment 2R is cute on the surface. A kitchen, sm. appliances, two bedrooms with LOTS of beds, a decently sized living room, good fridge, safe sleepy neighborhood. SPECIAL NOTE: DO NOT PARK on Archer overnight . YOU WILL BE TOWED. "Our Forest Park stay was wonderful! We felt like we were coming home each day to our comfy apartment. After walking all over Chicago each day, this was a welcome feeling. Easy to walk to the L station and also the main street to grab a coffee. Lots of room and super clean. "

"7 minute walk from Metra, about 15 minutes from downtown Chicago. There is NO hot tub, though. It's listed in the amenities but I asked and the owner was honest in telling me there wasn't one. Great communica"

"Several great restaurants very close by. Safe location. Little extras (snacks, extra linens, stocked kitchen, toiletries, games, to go menus) were appreciated. There was music at the restaurant next door in the evenings, but that’s to be expected when staying in an area with restaurants. "

"Great place overall, location was superb and the place itself was nice. The train from the Armitage stop is super loud though in case that bothers someone. The back rooms behind the second bedroom are so spooky lol but otherwise the place is cute and cozy!"

"Wonderful apartment with plenty of space for 3 of us on a work-related trip to Oak Park. Comfortable over a range of temperatures, nice kitchen facilities, excellent laundry, spotlessly clean. Quiet with the windows closed, beautiful deck in the back we used the first (warm) day we were there. Nice one parking space on premise. Only minor issues were top (third) floor location/walk up when toting groceries and TV was a bit difficult to use. Would love to stay there again!"
