"We had a quick overnight stay for my family of 5. The room was acceptable, but there were a few minor things here and there that stood out, all in the bathroom. Room was booked for 5 people, bathroom was stocked with 3 towels and 2 washcloths. Hair in the tub and sink, body soap not refilled and it took a while to have soap brought up (we ended up tracking down room service in the hallway). The shower itself seemed visibly clean but there was dirt and grime that rinsed out of the shower door...
