"I've stayed here multiple times to visit family over the past 5 to 6 years. The hotel seems to be lacking in maintenance as the years pass. Its still relatively clean, but lights not working in the rooms has become the norm. Missing/broken towel racks, water damaged window frames, and ripped window screens are a few things I saw on this trip. "There was no one at the front desk when we arrived, so we had to call the number listed at the front desk and wait. The gentleman was very nice and wrote our room number, our door code (keyless entry - number lock on each room) and the Wi-Fi password on a small piece of torn notebook paper. While it was nice not having to worry about losing a room key, it was a little strange to have this very informal slip of paper. "When I checked in, the clerk/owner (?) told me they no longer accept online reservations from Expedia, so my Expedia reservation was no good. I still got a room. The place is in dire need of a renovation, clean up, new fixtures, and just basic daily care. The air conditioner didn’t have a cover; discovered the next morning the AC leaked onto the carper. Will not stay here again."
