But, the hot/cold on the shower was switched in the room. I slept fairly well. Took a while for the water to heat up until I realized the hot/cold issue. "

From the check in process to the incredible cleanliness of the hotel grounds / hotel room, we were very impressed during our stay. The service response was exceptional! We had a noise issue with our heater in the hotel room. The next day the hotel front desk sent a tech repairman -Houston- and he fixed the problem without further noise or incident.
