"Booked this trip last minute for NYE. The listing was exactly as described. Beautiful view, overlooking the pool/golf course. Super easy walk to the beach. We watched the sunset every night at The Beach House, which was less than a 5 min walk. We will for sure be back!"

"This was our second trip to Miramar Beach for summer vacation and to Tops'l Tides. This unit was perfect for our family. Wonderful views of the Gulf and easy access to the beach-especially now that there is a ramp to get to the beach! Located just a short drive from 30A which allowed us to venture to several beach towns for dinner and ice cream each night of our stay. Natalie and Heath were very accommodating to our requests and replied quickly. We hope to stay again next summer."
