"Stay was great BUT we chose this hotel because it advertised electric car charging capability. It had multiple chargers directly facing reception but of the three chargers installed two were occupied all evening and overnight by non electric vehicles. I notified reception and the response was that customers ignore the signs. Surely this is something they should police. "

"Hotel staff very service minded. Got upgraded to a king size room without having expressed any wish for an upgrade. Grill restaurant staff a bit disorganized and not very experienced. Asked for a spoon for my Thai curry dish and got a soup spoon instead of a normal table spoon. Extra chili was interpreted into a bowl of mild mexican tomato salsa. The meal was still very nice."

"We chose this hotel because it´s close to National Park and bike rental. We had great experience. Room and bathroom were really big, clean and nice looking, comfortable bed. The hotel is huge with lot of amenities. Breakfast was great and hotel staff is was very nice. 100% would stay again."

"Upon check in the room my colleague got, was not cleaned. We also clearly stated, that we would like breakfast all days, but regardless the staff told us every day, that breakfast was not included in the stay. The hot water to the tub, went really slow, so it took more than 45 min to fill it (had to go with the water heater for Tea to fill up the tub) Apart from that it was a nice trip"
