Five bedrooms, 11 beds and four bathrooms are included in this two story home. Three of the bedrooms have private full bathrooms. There is a full kitchen, a large living room and a large loft area with a pool table. A gas bbq is easily accessible from the kitchen. There is an outside fireplace on the upstairs balcony.
At certain times of the year there may be one or two Airstreams parked on the property. These are not available for rent. These Airstreams are never occupied.

We want to remind you that we are a part of a community, and we ask that you respect our neighbors while you are staying with us. Please be mindful of noise levels. Loud music & parties are not permitted. We appreciate your cooperation in helping to keep our neighborhood a peaceful and enjoyable place to live


Pool Table – NO kids or Drinks on the table. The felt is new and easily damaged by drinks and our kids. (speaking from much experience on this)

Fire Place – Please do not use. It will fill the house with smoke.

The house is great for bbq’s, family reunions, retreats, etc… no parties or loud music please.
