"We loved this house. It has a gorgeous view. We had access to a washer. There is a clothes line outside to dry the clothes. The clothes dried quickly as long as it didn’t rain. The air conditioning worked great upstairs. Like most Costa Rica rentals the air conditioning is just in the bedroom. Playa Conchal is our favorite beach. Not enough room to sleep 3 people comfortably, but perfect for a couple."

"Unfortunately my stay here was disappointing. During a pandemic I thought cleanliness should be a given, but the interior of the property was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned at all, despite the 'cleaning fee' that I paid. We had to clean the interior ourselves- kitchen, fridge, lightswitches, toilets, doors because they had dark handprints and fingerprints all over them. "This home on Playa Potrero had everything we needed for our party of 13 adults and 4 boys, ages 5 to 8 to enjoy 8 days in Costa Rica. It was perfect to just walk outside the home and be on the beach, listening to the waves roll in was so relaxing. Greg the property manager was always quick to respond to emails and text messages.
