Hostels i Tenerife

"The hostel is cool, area is great and easy access to beach but not too touristic area, the hostel has a pool and a spa so all in all good. The staff though was rude on several occasions, and not really interested in making people feel welcome. Not the good hostel vibe. There was also apparently a bed bug problem - I didn't see it, but other hostels asked us to wash our clothes before we came to them. "

"Kooky building with a rooftop terrace that's good for eating and relaxing. Friendly staff. We had a private double room with it's own bathroom that was perfect. Only downside, small kitchen that's a squeeze once a few people want to prep / cook. Also barely any space to store food. Took a peek at the dorm rooms and they look a squeeze. Parking is on the streets nearby which are VERY busy in the evening, so took a fair bit of searching to find a space."

"Really pleasant stay. We booked Alma Hostel on the day was an hour's notice. Check in was less than a minute and done online. Key codes are provided within a minute of check-in. There are multiple private rooms, sizes vary. Our twin room had a small balcony. The apartment was clean, fresh smelling. There are 2 lockable toilets/bathrooms one big (2 sinks, big shower, tiolet, bidet) and one small (normal size for a small house) Didn't use the kitchen for anything more than hot water but had...

"The staff was really polite and there is a really nice terrace. Although I only was there for one day I had a great stay. Location is about 15-20 min from center on foot depending on if your going down or up. The busstop is 1 min away and runs approx. every 30 min. Would definitely stay here if I come back."

"It is important to note that this is a very small hostel. But that being said, they treat everybody that walks in their door like family. Alejandro the manager is so attentive and friendly and excited about life. He is the perfect host and a cornucopia of information about the island and all the hiking that can be done there. He is also very happy to take you out dancing. The place is spotless. The food they make is great. The volunteers that help out there are also top notch. If...
