"What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen."

"Great place to stay while our son was visiting Yale. Just 1 bolck from 2 well know pizza restaurants is nice but can make finding a parking spot a challenge at times. Although frustrating at times it would not keep me from staying there again."

"Only stayed one night as we were passing through town. But loved this townhouse. Beautifully decorated, comfortable. Lovely little touches like noise machines in the bedrooms and canisters of Qtips in the bath. Can’t comment on the kitchen as we didn’t use it. But all was great!"

"I don’t know how anyone can give this property less than 5 stars. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The building and apartment were immaculate. The place has everything: free parking, large gym, movie theater, golf simulator, and even a duckpin bowling alley! If I was childless and moving to New Haven, I’d consider a unit in this building. "

"The rooms were clean and spacious, but parking was a bit of a problem. We were told we’d be ok on the street as long as we didn’t park near a fire hydrant. We avoided that pitfall, but we still got a $50 ticket, which we’re contesting with the city of New Haven."

"We had a very enjoyable stay in Mattituck. The unit is very comfortable, clean, and given the extreme heat of this week we were all very thankful for the great air conditioning. The location of the unit is also fantastic."

"We had the whole second floor to ourselves, plus access to a grill and outdoor seating. The rooms were spacious and nicely set up. Big windows in the living room overlooked a garden and a view of trees. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and we were comfortable with open windows and fans. Jean was very pleasant and helpful. Mainly they kept to themselves, and I hope we weren't a noisy distraction to them. We have an 11 year old grandson who's very clever but rather loud. This was our first...

"Cozy comforts is exactly what you’ll find at this property! Kristin went above and beyond to provide everything and more that we needed for our stay. She did a fantastic job communicating with us and is a naturally gifted hostess. The property was immaculate, and the location was beautiful. Looking forward to our next stay! "Everything was clean and the furniture was comfortable. (That's not always a given!) It's so close to the beach and parking wasn't an issue, though it was off-season. The only thing I would advise is that even though it may technically sleep, that's counting 2 people (kids) in each of the twin beds. We had an extra adult and 2 teens, so the oldest stayed on the couch. But overall we REALLY enjoyed our stay! I would recommend to anyone. I'd love to come back in the summer. It's a prime location."

"The host gave very clear and prompt instructions on check in. The apartment was very clean and we appreciated having a reserved parking spot to use throughout our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, the apartment was clean and warm even though the weather was a bit chilly outside.All in all a great stay with everything we needed to enjoy our overnight trip into the area."

"I had to call the property manager upon arrival which was 90 minutes after allowed checkin because the apartment hadn't been cleaned. There were wet towels on the bathroom floor.and the beds hadn't been changed or made. The shower window shade got stuck in a raised position. When I contacted host, they stated that the shades did not have string pulls (but they did). Some shade slats were partly broken off. The TV had some broken pixels causing partial blackout of faces.
