"I didn't know until the day before that it was on the 2nd floor. I thought it was ground floor. I found it dangerous to have to get to the beach from the deck in the back of the condo . The stairs were very slick because they stay wet. And i witnessed several people fall trying to get to the beach area . "

"Place was nice and great ocean front location! We have stayed in many beach homes and condos over the past 26 years. Some kitchen items needed are: adequate pots/pans, 9x13 glass baking dish, cookie sheet, large pot for boiling pasta. Condo was clean (white trim was clean!). Sofa and area rug needed cleaned for an August stay. Overall, I would recommend this condo for a beautiful beach front stay!"

" The stay was wonderful with a beautiful view of the ocean and resort pool area. The blankets on the beds appeared to be worn out. Enjoyable and worth staying but, some needed repairs,( 1 bifold door was missing tracking anchor, cabinet door in main bedroom closet by mini frig. needs new bottom hinge. Main door lock needs to be aligned just a little so, lock will lock. "

"As you walk in you immediately notice the beauty of the beach through the living room windows and patio door. Everything you need to enjoy the beach is in the closet of the main bedroom. If you forgot your wireless chargers, no worries they have one in every room. So happy with my decision to stay here."

"We loved the little ground floor condo. Things are a little rusty here & there but that's to be expected being right on the beach. Although, the door does need some work. I could not open it, my husband had to push hard to get it open. The place was clean. Even with the storm making the ocean very angry & not having internet because of the storm, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you."

"Perfect location, can’t get any closer to the beach. Nice and quiet. House was very clean and up to date. Was exactly as pictured in the listing. Only incredibly minor complaint was that the smoke alarm is super sensitive and went off every time we used the oven. Better to work than not at all though! Definitely will be coming back. "
