"Really enjoyed my stay at the Shantara Resort. The Property was lovely and modern. My unit was really comfortable, modern and had a lovely balcony that overlooked the pools. Excellent parking. I would definitely stay the next time i visit"

"This is a lovely resort but it’s tired and it has been very trafficked the rooms need an upgrade or even a paint furniture is groty and needs replacing and everything felt low exspecially the bathroom and toilet and couch was really low and uncomfortable the bedroom mattress needs to be replaced Customer service from staff was fantastic exspecially in the morning for breakfast the manager was lovely and onto every need you needed however the Day spa manager needs some customer service training...
