"The property was beautiful and had multiple options for a family to be entertained. The only issue I had was some of the staff’s lack of attention to people of color (specifically, the preferred client’s cabana area on the beach). We went several minutes without being responded to while people around us were being catered to."

"This was a great house in a great location for our family of ten reunion, ages 7-70. Clean, spacious rooms, lovely pool, and walkable to the beach. We ended up using the beach next to the Palmilla (a short drive) which was calmer for the children. We took advantage of Cynthia, the concierge's, recommendation for a local chef prepared dinner. Excellent and well worth it. Only suggestion might be to have a cooler available...Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home."

"The house was very dirty. Mice droppings, uncomfortable beds, hard to shower with very little water coming from the shower heads, very loud water pump going all day. Very nice neighborhood, unfortunately the house needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. My family and I tried finding somewhere else to stay but were not able to since it was New Years week and everything was booked, we had no choice but to stay there so we spent a good amount of hours cleaning what we could to be at least a...
