"We booked 2 nights in a room with shared bathroom and shower. Both the rooms, toilets and showers are clean and with hot water. The hotel is placed close to the city of Apia and it is very easy to grab a taxi from the hotel. The pool is nice and the breakfast is good and varies each day. There is a common room at the reception with a pool table, board games etc. The owner helped us plan our stay here in Samoa, recommending things to see and hotels to book which was very helpful to us! "we arrived as planned late at night and were shown to our room by the driver. There were pools of rainwater on the floor. The AC outside the window was making a humming noise which made it impossible to sleep. We were given a ground-floor room although we had been promised a 1st-floor room. Although we were moved upstairs the next day, this was just the beginning of a not-very-successful stay. The grounds and the rooms are ok (apart from the noisy AC), but the staff appears tired and...

"Fabulous location. Would have liked our own bathroom but the shared one worked OK. Great that breakfast and dinner included and nice food with generous helpings - just no choice what you get. Staff are lovely and very helpful. A fab place for those with a modest budget wanting a great experience and top location"

The restaurant was closed, when the Other restaurants where closed, so i want to bed hungre One Day, but the next Day the buffet was better They holiday, when Others do. "A Danish family of four travelling the world. Below my honest thoughts on our stay which was 6 nights all together. Pool and beach area as expected. Rooms a little dated and below our expectations. Friendliness of staff is good. Resort restaurants very expensive for what I would rate as standard food. Burger for example is 46 tala. "Spent an amazing few nights at Faofao fales. The fale is right on the beach and a great place to relax. The family that run these fales are very friendly and beautiful hosts. The meals were so tasty and enjoyed lovely cocktails on the eating area veranda looking out over the ocean. Will definitely return here. The mosquito nets were intact, the mattresses comfortable and the shared bathroom facilities were well kept and cleaned. The location is close to To Sua trench and lolmanu beach however...
