Det lyse og indbydende badeværelse, der er dækket af en mosaik, tilbyder dig et behageligt brusebad. Lille privat gårdhave blomstrede i de varmere måneder. Lejligheden tilbyder mange bekvemmeligheder såsom satellit-tv, wi-fi-forbindelse med internetnøgle (vi leverer ikke en pc), aircondition, varmesystem, vaskemaskine, tørretumbler, opvaskemaskine, mikroovn, kedel, brødrister, hårtørrer.

Sestiere of Cannaregio, hvor lejligheden ligger, og mere specifikt 'Calle delle Muneghe' tilbyder mange attraktioner for turister, der ønsker at bo i et område, der betjenes af de venetianske markeder, typiske butikker og restauranter, der tilbyder fremragende køkken. Den mest kendte måde at nå Rialto og San Marco kaldes 'Strada Nuova', som er et par minutter langt fra lejligheden langs "Rio della Sensa." Daniela's luxury apartment was a joy to stay in - beautiful, in a great location & reasonably priced for what we experienced. Daniela was a lovely, helpul, welcoming host who did everything to make our stay special. Her assistant, Cristina was the same!

Perfect stay in Venice
Super clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet area of Cannareggio. Walk 1-2 blocks and you are in a great area with great coffee, bars, and all kinds of food from great easy pizza to high end dining. You can walk to St. Marc’s in 25 minutes, but honestly Cannareggio was our happy place.

An oasis in busy Venice
We loved our stay here. The property was as described and also easy to manage. The owner met us at the taxi stop and showed us to the lodgings; this was a kindness as we might not have found it otherwise. From there, everything was easy. There were restaurants and grocery shopping close by but the best part was staying in a residential area of Venice with few tourists. It was quiet and easy to get to and from. We could even walk into the heart of Venice and find our way back. A lovely time. I will definitely stay here again! (Also, the unit is accessible though may be hard of access because of bridges to get to/from the apartment to other areas for those with mobility issues).

Great location
Very nice place away from the center, but not too far, which we liked. We had 4 adults and did not spend much time in the room, so it met our needs. Daniela provided excellent instructions and recommendations, she was a great host.

Short but sweet visit to Venezia
Daniela was an amazing host. The communication was clear and detailed. The luxury loft apartment was just that. The bed was comfortable, it seemed to have been renovated recently as all appliances seemed brand new. We took the water bus to get to the loft but we could have walked to it in 15 minutes as our luggage was light. Nice quiet location with lots of restaurants nearby. 15 miute walk to Rialto Bridge. We'd definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment in quiet part of venice
We stayed in this apartment in August as family with two children. The apartment was lovely with modern equipment, two very comfortable beds (inc one sofa bed) and the essential air conditioning! Daniela was a really communicative and helpful host and gave us lots of information. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Base to Explore Venice
We can't rate this property highly enough. Tucked away in a quiet area of Venice, but not too far from the Grand Canal and transport links to the whole city. Our stay was perfect. We arrived at the airport and were met from the water taxi and shown to the property, just a 5 minute walk from the first water taxi stop. As soon as we entered we were delighted with the ice cool air conditioning, and the delightful decor of the apartment. The space within the kitchen/living room is excellent and we used the fold down bed for our children which was very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The main bedroom is beautifully decorated with exposed beams. There is ample storage and the bedroom leads into a high quality bathroom with an excellent shower. Our days out in Venice were memorable, and so was our stay in this beautiful apartment. If you are planning a visit to Venice and would like your own quiet space to return to, then look no further!

This place is super comfortable, clean, cozy, very good climate for those of us who are adapted to air conditioning, the owner had excellent communication and dedication to our stay from the first moment to the point that she took the time to make an exact video and perfect for finding the property and recommends good places to eat, my family is very grateful and we had a great time, my experience was the best 😍😍😍

Venetian Paradise
My mom and I had the pleasure of staying here on our quick trip to Venice. We were overjoyed, the home was so beautiful and clean. Also the bed was so comfy which is very important when you are tired from vacation. We both slept better here than we had on our entire vacation. It was decorated beautifully, its location was perfect, and the owner was so kind to provide lots of recommendations. Everything we needed was provided, even things we didn’t know we needed. I would definitely stay again. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Venice, absolutely loved it.

Perfect
This was the perfect place for myself and my adult daughter. The beds (Daniela had arranged for the sofa bed to be made and was ready when we arrived) were comfortable and everything was clean. Daniela gave excellent instructions on checking in and out and provided us with several local recommendations for dining and getting around. Dishes were ample and tea, coffee, salt, etc... were on hand. We loved the location. Close enough for a quick walk to the city center, but in a neighborhood that was less crowded and noisy. The grocery store was a few minutes walk away and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. The ferry was also an easy walk. If I ever make it to Venice again would love to stay in this exact spot!

a true gem in the heart of Venice
We can not say enough positives about this little apartment in Venice. 1. Daniella, our host was amazing, met us at the vaporrato stop and got us situated, Daniella was easy to reach and checked in on us throughout our stay. 2. The apartment was perfect for 2, super clean, comfortable bed, laundry with a great dryer, and very nice bathroom. safe safe neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores (there are 2 in a 5min walk) and the train/ bus/ vaporatto. 3. There is nothing like Venice after dark, quiet, and romantic. 4. easy access to all that Venice is famous for, evening walks to San Marco were delightful. We felt like we were part of the local culture after 9 days and loved every minute of our vacation. Grazie mille Daniella for making our 30th anniversary perfect :)

Absolutely top notch accommodations and host!
The apartment had all up to date amenities with plenty of room. It was very clean and was everything we could wish for. Any help needed, the host was very accommodating. It was close to the water bus, close walking distance to all areas of Venice and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Loved it abs if we did a second trip it would be at this apartment!

Off the beaten path, which considering the current visitation status of Venice , is a plus. Very nice spot in a bedroom community of Venice. Some construction/rebuild nearby but still very quiet. Great apartment, nice decor and amenities. Daniela was great!

The apartment is in a beautiful quiet part of town. It had everything we needed and more. Close to amazing restaurants without the crowds. The owner Daniela met us at the ferry. She was so helpful with travel tips around Venice.

Look No Further
This apartment was perfect. The check in and check out process was smooth with great communication with Daniella from booking to departure. This was our last stop in Italy and we definitely saved the best for last. We were sorry we weren’t staying for longer. The neighborhood is very quiet but still within walking distance to most everything we needed. The apartment had everything you could possibly need: hair dryer, adapters & even wash cloths! The washer & dryer were a big plus after 10 days in Italy She left us a bottle of Prosecco & cookies to make our anniversary trip so special. We appreciated it so much but unfortunately we ran out of time to drink the Prosecco. Hopefully the next renters had more time to enjoy it. Daniella was very diligent in everything she did. We have stayed in many VRBO’s over the years and kudos to Daniella for making the top of the list with her communication, coordination & hospitality. If we are ever fortunate enough to make it back to Venice we would definitely seek out a Daniella apartment.

Lovely Apartment in Venice
Look no further. This apartment was perfect. Daniela has great taste in decoration, and the apartment was very clean upon arrival. The check in process was smooth all thanks to Daniela's thorough instructions on how to get to the place and check in properly. Would definitely stay here again. There are some great restaurants nearby. Venice is a very walkable city and this property was in a quiet part of town. Would highly recommend. Thank you again Daniela!

There was a big storm in Venice a day or so before our check in, which caused a flood and electrical problem in the place. Daniella notified us and made alternate arrangements at a different apartment for us to stay in. She is very responsive and communicative. She was very kind and welcoming. She helped us with our luggage. She sat down with us and provided us a map and multiple recommendations of where to go in Venice and food recommendations. She also left a bottle of Prosecco and cookies. She went out of her way to make us feel right at home and show her hospitality. It was an amazing few days stay in Venice. Apartment we stayed in was very clean, comfortable, AC was great. Daniella has multiple properties she rents out and you can see she cares for each place. Highly recommend booking your stay with her 10/10!

Cool reprieve from the hustle and bustle
We stayed 2 nights. Daniela was communicative and nice to give a few extras. Some sweets for the girls and waters in the fridge. I loved how the available sofa bed was already fully done with linens, ready for use, since they knew 4 ppl were staying. The place is located in the quieter part of Venice, close to convenient city water taxi and water bus to the airport! I recommend getting up at sunrise to walk to St. Marks square, we were the only ones up in the neighborhood so it was nice to think we had Venice to ourselves for a moment of time.

Everything thing about this place was awesome. The beds were large, kitchen was well equipped and the shower had great pressure. The neighbourhood was quiet but close enough to hot spots. Communication with the owner was spectacular.
