"great fast response from manager in duty,appreciated.. we got HOT AC for hours, they given us new room.. which is better.. even we found small cocroach in bathroom.. connecting door they forgot to open in first room and take sometime to open,, lil drama.. cold breakfast , ...our first and last stay at grand tjokro.. need improvement of outdated rooms.. we booked 2 rooms"

"Spent 7 days and recommend the hotel Very Friendly staff Buffet breakfast was wonderful! Pool was nice Took 1/2 hour from airport There is a grocery and liquor store next to the hotel There is a Taxi stop right at the bottom of the hotel. 1/2 hour to go to Gambir train station 1/2 hour walk to the Mandiri Bank museum which I recommend, ask well as the other museums around. "
