"The staff - valet/doorman, front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, ALL OF THEM - we warm, friendly, and welcoming! The food in Poets (restaurant and bar) was great. Bed was very comfortable and the walk in shower was roomy and had great water pressure and quick hot water. The room had a couple of minor maintenance issues - the deadbolt didn’t work and the cabinet door in front of the mini fridge didn’t close properly. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"This was my first time booking with this hotel and it WILL NOT be my last! The customer service honestly had me sold! Brandon checked us in and gave us the run down of the area , good eats, and recommendations on hot spots in the area. I did love how everything is walking distance! It’s literally in the heart of downtown so you can walk anywhere. Parking was kind of tricky but I mean it’s down town so what do you expect! The ROOM was amazing! SHOWER top tier! Aesthetic was GIVING! Room service...

"For this price, this place was pretty great. The rooms are super spacious. The shower was not the nicest one I've ever used and we ran out of toilet paper like right away. Those were my only negative points--everything else worked out great."
