"Very nice room, clean and good condition No room service or breakfast in restaurant. However, our refrigirator was filled every day with fruit, juice, milk and oatmeals for breakfast. Free the and coffee as well. No actual reception, check in at the bar, but fine welcome and go-thru room and expectations. Some noise from bar during evening, but not late and you are welcome to join and taste one of the many differnt gin available in the bar 😊"

"We stayed in a trouble room in the attic. The check in was prompt and a member of bar staff showed us to the room. Is was nice and clean with its own showroom and toilet. Despite a loud party in the pub, there was no noise in the room. Breakfast in the morning was hearty although they maybe could invest in more superior ingredients. We’d definitely stay here again when in the area. "

"Lovely location. However needs a new management. No soap, was told to go and buy from the corner shop. Previous urine stains on toilet seat. Room heating not working... however was given a heater/blower by the chap on duty. No wifi password given. Morning view was beautiful from the window... ducks... however on checkout saw all filth dumped in the parking -perhaps not visible on arrival at dark. Could really improve but things are shabby currently (aim to improve)"

"I loved this property. It was in a safe and excellent position in London. The host was really nice and helpful but also gave us our privacy. It was beautifully renovated and had its own entrance off the street. We stayed 3 weeks and it was cleaned weekly. The agent Underthedoormat was a delight to book through. So prompt in responses and obliging, and communication for booking, check in and check out was amazing."

"Used the Kilburn Arms just for one night during our family’s trip to London as its only about 12 minute walk from a Jubilee tube line. Nice and friendly staff, who showed us to our room. We had a family room (quadruple) which was great for us. King size bed and 2 single beds. All very comfy. Parking was for free just on the side street,but that’s because we visited this over weekend. "Mark was incredibly accommodating with arrival and check out times! Gave many recommendations for the local area and was thorough in his informing us about the quirks and pleasantries of the Seacrest. We spent most of our time in London proper but breakfast and pubs were easy to find in Kew. Public transit made travel from the boat quite easy. Will be returning if we come back to London!"
