"What a gem! We were in town for my graduation. The staff go above and beyond. They have restored my belief in customer service culture. The rooms are immaculate. The meals are excellent! Housekeeping is amazing! If we ever travel to Charlotte again, it’s a no-brainer! "

"One of the best cabins we’ve ever stayed in - great views, the host provided everything we could have needed (including firewood), fun game room, and really comfortable beds. The only recommendation is to include the two exterior cameras on the cabin description - they seem to cover quite a bit of the outside area. "

"The staff were all polite. There was a miscommunication of adding a day to avoid weather, but it was worked out the morning I was checking out. The property was clean, but needed a little updating. Only part not so great was the sleeper sofa cover was stained and had some dirt on it. Otherwise, everything else was cleaned well. It's probably due to the sleeper sofa not being used as often. I would stay here again if in the area."
