"This property was super easy to check in/check out and was very clean and nicely put together. They had everything we needed from dishes, bedding, towels, etc.. We lived that this property was just a short walk to Beale Street. Although the view from the little balcony was of homeless people and the abandoned, dilapidated building next door, we still felt very safe and comfortable. There was a high police presence on the street at night. We will definitely stay here again. "

"This property was nice. There were tons of toiletries and snacks. In the listing, it states that there is a pull out couch bed but there is not one in the apartment. You can hear the neighbors walking around upstairs as well. There is also a smoky/weed smell, but that is not the host’s fault. Overall, this is a nice cozy little spot. "

"We had a wonderful stay in this lovely, rustic space. It was great to have a dedicated parking spot and be within walking distance of FedEx Forum and Beale Street, where all the action is. Tim was fantastic with communication before, during, and after our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!"

"Memphis is our family’s new meeting spot because our children moved there and are having our first grandchild. We gathered from 5 different states and this house was hands down our favorite any of us have stayed in. It was roomy, new, well decorated, well lit outside and on a cul-de-sac. Highly recommend!"

"Very cute & spacious apartment. Great amenities, especially appreciated the iron/ironing board, kitchenette, & kitchen supplies. Was able to park right next to the property and it was was nice to be just a few blocks from a couple bus routes into downtown. Definitely worth the price & worked great for my stay in Memphis. "
