"While we enjoyed our first visit very much I do not think we will return for another visit. It is very convenient to CW and the walkability factor was huge. We ate an OK meal at the terrace room but the wait staff was very good. When we compare this visit to other National Historic Landmark Hotels we felt this property was not up to par. Few amenities however our room was spacious and very comfortable. "

"This was on of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a while! The hotel was very clean and nice, with beautiful decorations for the holiday season. To be right on the water is definitely a plus, although the weather was too cool for me to really enjoy the beach. But, the balcony attached to my room made for a beautiful scenery. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. The o my negative I had was the smell of the hallways on the room floors, it smelled like old, damp carpet or like a mildew...

"We only stayed 2 nights, but it was fantastic. The only real issues we came across was that we noticed the shower door didn't properly seal when shut, so water would come out onto the floor during a shower, as well as the walls being thin (you could hear conversations people had in the hallway).
