"When booking a beach hotel, I expect a beach to swim at. There where a small beach filled with trash, sticks and seaweet. The pool area is fine but there is so much chlorine in the water that you can't swim more than 20 min. before your eyes hurt. There is a nice garden in the middle of the hotel where you can relax and enjoy the sun. The first night at 00.30am we had to change room, do to cockroaches. "We stayed 1 night at this brand new hotel and it was the perfect place to spend our last night before flying home. It has a beautiful lobby that opens to an outdoor patio and a nice pool overlooking a bay. Our room was clean, comfortable with mini fridge and microwave. "There is no on site staff. Communication is bad. Due to the traveling, we missed the email on the door code. So when we arrived, we called 3 times and emailed 2 times but no answer and that was between 3pm to 4pm. We asked around and figured out via Expedia, your website and searched all our emails. Finally we were able to get into the property - an hour and half after arriving. The shower room did not have a hand rail - concerning the safety. "
