"We've stayed at theMaui Banyan 4 times beforein a few different properties and this was one of the nicest and most well equipt rooms. The location was fantastic, close to the pool and not a long walk from the beach which was perfect for our little kids. Barbara was an amazing host and was able to be flexible and accomodating to some of our specific needs. I personally slept on the pull out couch with my child and for a couch bed it was pretty great. Chairs, beach toys, wagon snorkles, noodles...

"We love staying at the Mana Kai and 708 was perfect for another stay. The rooms were clean and the kitchen has everything you need for creating meals. We love the grills for outdoor cooking. We loved our stay."

"We have stayed in the area several times and this was by far our favourite condo. Roomy, modern, clean and very well equipped, both in terms of beach needs and condo needs. The condo has a fantastic deck that catches morning sun and most of the sunset. The property is beautiful and easy going, working for a variety of ages. It's close to amenities and the bustle of the hotel strip and Kihei when you want that, but quiet when you don't. There are lots of beaches minutes away. We hope to be back...

"This place was amazing because of its location!!!! You cant beat it. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the inaccuracy of the listing. One of the main reasons we chose this place was because it had a restaurant associated with it. However there has not been a restaurant there for 2 years. Its been under construction for some time. We were pretty frustrated by this when we got there...but we got over it. They do need to update their listing. The water there is perfect for...

"This was a great location from which to enjoy the laid back vibes of Kihei! Unit has a fabulous view and it was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the restaurant in the building is still undergoing renovations, so it was not available. So, the only downside is that you’ll need to drive somewhere for meals if you don’t want to cook. The market downstairs does have a limited menu. If you need to rent water sports gear, go see Carol next door to the market! "

"Overall the property was nice with great location. The condo itself was very clean and cozy. The proprietor was very thoughtful in the amenities both for the room and beach going. She was very welcoming, accommodating and available if needed. The room was also very affordable without feeling cheap or compromising quality. We would definitely be willing to stay here again the next time we visit. "
