"Overall the place is nice with a good location and of course on the beautiful island of Kauai. The house is a good size and really has all you need except AC which sure would be a big help but its manageable without. The owner has plenty of fans to help and the breeze was decent. The rooms are nice and the bathroom has a great shower. The kitchen is perfect for the unit and a breakfast on the balcony bar is a good way to start the day. Parking was ok but the stalls aren't marked anymore so just...

"We really enjoyed sitting by the beach every evening listening to music and the waves. The central location of the property made it very easy to get around the island. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and comfortable."

"We enjoyed the view of Sleeping Giant from the lanai, and the short path to the beach led to a spectacular shoreline with a monster driftwood tree. It's a very short walk to a Tuesday/Thursday farmers market with great papayas and mini-bananas. The unit is well equipped and comfortable. "

"The property is a short drive from the airport with great views along the way. The views only get better when you look out the balcony. You could reach the ocean with a rock if you wanted to. Restaurants and shops are walking distance or a short car ride away."
