"Thge cottage is ideally located to Lake Junaluska for conferences. We found it to be spotless and the screened porch perfect for sitting bug free in the early morning and in the evenings. The kitchen although small is well equipped. We would definately recommend and will stay there again. The host is very responsive and went well beyond expectations for our stay there. Thank you Sharon!"

"There are some really great aspects to this place—it’s redone and quite cute, convenient to downtown and other places, comfortable bed and glorious shower, great space to work, nice size, and the owner was very responsive and nice. The feel is a little like an old time camp ground but the villa is very nice with a little deck. While on a busy road, it was private and not noisy. While it’s technically close enough to walk to downtown and shops/restaurants, I did not feel comfortable doing so on...

"There is absolutely nothing fancy about this place. It was adequate. 2 nights there were guests next door. You could hear them all the time talking at a normal tone. The walls are paper thin. Camp ground staff was very friendly. Location is a convenient drive to everything. Walking wouldn’t be recommended. It is not “500 feet from the lake”. There is no lake view. It was clean and adequate for our short getaway. We stay 30+ nights usually. Wouldn’t do that here."

"The apartment was within walking distance of downtown Waynesville shopping, restaurants and breweries. It was absolutely spotless, had everything you would need to cook, far bigger than the pictures show on vrbo and the property owner was helpful on local places to visit and available if we had questions. I highly recommend this apartment and we would return in a heartbeat."
