Feel your worries melt away with a stay at Holly Hill Lodge, a high-end log cabin offering wooded sanctuary on a country road just ten minutes from Asheville. Designed with relaxation, family time, and fun in mind, this home is ideally located for adventure, close to hiking, ziplining, and skiing for your outdoor fix, and offering easy interstate access to fine dining, art galleries, golfing, the Biltmore Estate and so much more! Welcome to your mountain sanctuary with a wrap-around covered porch for enjoying the outdoors in any weather, where you can pull up a rocking chair and watch the birds with your morning coffee, or meet up on the back deck to grill out after a busy day. The kids will love hanging out in the lower level living area and playing ping-pong, plus there's a backyard patio for spending time outside. You'll have no trouble getting a good night's sleep with a king bed in all four bedrooms--and two of them feature jetted tubs! In the evening, gather around the fire pit to share stories and toast s'mores. Holly Hill Lodge will make your WNC vacation truly special! This Asheville vacation rental is located in Weaverville and is approximately 13 minutes to downtown Asheville.

• Noise Ordinance: Holly Hill Lodge is located in a quiet neighborhood and has a very low noise tolerance. The home is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. It is not suitable for groups that are looking for late nights of celebration on the deck. Carolina Mornings offers many properties that offer seclusion, so if this is an inconvenience for you, please give us a call and we will help you find the perfect property to match your needs!


Each reservation staying 28 days or less includes our exclusive Mountain Discovery Pass, which includes one Biltmore Estate pass, in addition to a ticket for other seasonal attractions that are sure to delight and entertain! What a perfect cabin to be snowed in
First, the location is perfect, only a mile off I26 and still very secluded. Only 30 minutes to Mars Hill to hike and ski and 10 minutes to downtown Asheville. Download Weaverville is only 5 minutes away with great restaurants too. The best part was the cabin has everything, the hot tub was waiting for us at 100 degrees, dry wood with starters for the fire pit and luckily, there is salt in the garage for when the driveway iced over. We stayed in one day because of a snow storm and it was our favorite day.

Fabulous stay
We absolutely loved the house. It has everything you could possibly need to enjoy yourself. The hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing. The beds were extremely comfortable and TVs in every bedroom. Plenty of room for everyone and everyone had their own bathroom. We will definitely stay again if back in the area.

Beautiful Lodge in Asheville
This was one of the most stunning rental homes I have stayed in. It was the ideal "cabin in the woods" my girlfriends and I were looking for in NC. Everything was spotless and beautifully decorated. The ride to downtown and the airport was fairly short, and the location afforded us quick access to the Blueridge Parkway. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect House!!!
House was as shown in listing. VERY nicely decorated, comfortable and well stocked. Due to a flight delay, we arrived after dark and had trouble finding the driveway. We had a wonderful stay and would rent this house again.

The location was great, the Cabin was beautiful and well stocked. 4 King beds was a big plus. The only negative was the deck/porch was dusty and the neighbors dogs barked a lot

Baseball Weekend!
Perfect property for two families to share for a long weekend baseball tournament. The home was beautiful, comfortable beds, well stocked and plenty of room to spread out and relax. Downtown Weaverville was perfect - just a 5 minute drive to great restaurants and breweries. Close to Asheville but without the traffic and had a great small town feel.

Convenient Multi-Family Getaway
This property was perfect for both sets of grandparents to spend time with their kids and new grand baby! There was more than enough space and privacy for each couple. The amenities and size made it feel like a home away from home, but better! Check in and check out was very simple, even with an infant in tow. We would absolutely stay again!

Family trip
We were in town with extended family for a wedding. House is great and in a beautiful area. Stores and restaurants also surprisingly close / convenient. Host was easy to deal with and provided plenty of information for our stay. All-in-all, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend.

On the road again
The property was very nice, it was one of the best that we have stayed at. Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms nice and big, plenty of parking spaces, clean, spacious and close to downtown, we do a lot of traveling with the Mercer University women soccer team and this was the best place so far.thank you, go MERCER BEARS.

Perfect in every way
Wow. This property was amazing. If you’re staying in Asheville I wouldn’t even look any further. The owners left nothing to spare. Very well maintained and appointed. There were 7 of us friends that stayed in all four bedrooms and everyone thoroughly enjoyed this amazing property. Hot tub, fire pit, media room, karaoke machine….I can go on and on. We’ll be back.

Amazing Fall Beak Getaway
The property was exactly what we needed for 4 couples to reunite for once a year trip. Lots of space to gather inside. We were blessed with great weather and took advantage of multiple decks with lots of outdoor seating. Both the hot tub and fire pit were used repeatedly. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could need, bedrooms were big and we never ran out of hot water. We drove into Asheville and it was less then half hour away. We hiked, ate, drank and laughed, rinse and repeat. It was a perfect spot to make perfect memories.

Wedding weekend
We had a wonderful visit! The home was just as advertised. Bedrooms were large with nice linens. Kitchen had everything needed to make meals and serve for a large group. Something for Everyone!
We spent Labor Day Weekend at Holly Hill Lodge as a headquarters for a family wedding. It was a lovely place to create wonderful memories for our family. The house was BEYOND stocked with essentials and options for our kitchen needs. We pulled items from the china cabinet for a bridal brunch, which made the morning more special. The towels were fluffy and the beds were very comfortable. The basement is a fun hangout and the use of space in the garage for even more fun activities was appreciated by the Groom and Groomsmen where they gathered in the afternoon awaiting to head to the wedding, which was just down the street at Emerald Ridge. It was just a great time because the house was cozy and welcoming. Also, working with Carolina Mornings was easy and appreciated.

Cozy and Thoughtful Retreat
Without a doubt, this was one of the best VRBO rentals we've stayed at! The homeowner has thought of everything. The entire family was comfortable (do you know how hard this is to achieve? Ha!), and we probably made just as many memories at the home as we did seeing the sights. We were able to make meals together (the kitchen is stocked to cook any meal!), played bean bag toss in the yard, bonfires in the evenings, games around the large dining table, morning coffee on the porch.....sadly, we never made it to the hot tub, but it looked lovely. We hope to visit again soon. Thank you so much! :-)

Beautiful and perfect home away from home!
We loved this property and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The house was so well planned out, it was great for our family of five and grandparents. Everyone had their own king size bed. The coffee nook was stocked and the kitchen had any bakeware/cooking/storage item we could need. The owner clearly takes significant time to ensure folks who stay here can relax and not have to worry about where to find things. Everything has a label including the lights! The wrap around porch was perfect for morning coffee. There were hiking sticks and umbrellas for us when we needed them and the decor was lovely. We used the complimentary Biltmore pass which was super easy to book. The house is a 3 min drive from Main Street in Westerville and we ate at the Twisted Laurel, Well-Bred Bakery and Soba - the food was excellent at all three! Biltmore is about 15-20 min drive and the outlets are 20-25 or so but it’s all highway and pretty quick when you don’t go during rush hour. We loved the fire pit and the kids had a blast with the karaoke machine:) we did play Pictionary and Taboo - would recommend getting the newer versions of the games though - however it was fun playing the 1989 versions. We will be back to this location on future trips!
