"I enjoyed the stay but I was not happy about the extra fees added to the total. These fees would have weighed my decision differently and because they are not up front about feels like I was baited. I stayed here before when it was the Sheraton and I did not have this problem nor do I enjoy being charged over $100 dollars more than expected. "

"I stayed for one night doing a layover. Unfortunately it was not that nice of a hotel. I looked very old and tired. The room was very big ans spacious, but old and very used. In the bathroom there was black hairs at the sink and in the shower. The toilet had a lot of stains from the previous guests. The only thing I can find positive was the transfer service to and from the airport."

"Very nice hotel, with good service. Restaurant was closed due to Covid, but there is restaurant near by. The room was fine for our needs. We only have one complaint. Again due to Covid, there would not be cleaning. On day 3 the towels would be changed. On day 7 there would be cleaning. As we had a 9 night stay, we asked if we could have cleaning and change of sheets on day 6, as it made more sense. But we only had clean towels. After info to the front desk, we had the sheets changes on day 7,...

"Hotel centralt placeret. Og i fin stand. Minusser var lang ventetid ved elevatorer. Byggearbejde på grunden ved siden af så man kunne ikke nyde poolen. Herudover var der mange insekter af ukendt art som var meget generende ved poolen. 45 dollar for parkering pr nat på hotellet."
