"The house was terrific. Lovely area, enough of everything for a group of 16 seniors to be comfortable. Looking out at the grounds, it could have been better aesthetically, but the area immediately around the house is very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna, and, though the pool was heated, the nightly air temperatures kept the water a little cool for most. "Family getaway, check in process was smooth, communication with property manager was easy, we blew a fuse and had to be directed to the basement to reset it during our stay. Wish the description told us there was no direct access to the hot tub, you had to walk around the house or down icy deck steps (from dripping gutter and freezing weather conditions). We were made aware that the hot tub watercolor would be different due to the chemicals but here was a brown film around the water edge. ...

"Everything was as advertised! Nice location and a great view of the pond and sprinkler from the back deck. The owner was very quick to respond with the few questions that I had. She even reached out to check on us and give us an update when the power happened to go out for a few hours. I would recommend this property to anyone. "

"This place served its purpose and was very cost-efficient for two couples going to the lantern festival and golfing in the Poconos for the weekend. Home was a little outdated and dirty (small bugs, dust, etc) but everything was functioning. There is no A/C so it was a little warm. Kitchen cookware was outdated and no spices, so make sure you bring salt and pepper if you are planning to cook. Shower handle was loose but worked and upstairs sink is slow to drain."
