Recently fully renovated to a high standard, this charming property is designed to provide you with the perfect seaside retreat. Please note this property is a first floor flat so may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Located just a 4-minute walk from the beach. Additionally, being only 2 minutes away from the town center means you'll be surrounded by fantastic pubs, restaurants, cafes, and shops, ensuring you have everything you need right at your doorstep.

This property comes equipped with the following:
2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.

We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels and toiletries for guests

Thank you for your interest in our property, we would like to remind you that as per our House Rules, we observe a strict no party policy; Gatherings, parties or social events are prohibited in our home. Should such events occur (or be reported during your stay), please note that you would be liable for any damages to the property and you might be subject to loss of deposit and eviction regardless of the check-out date, the moment any such activities are reported.

Our home is in a residential area and maintaining a positive relationship with our community is important to us. Thank you for your understanding.

Accidents happen, so If during your stay any breakages occur, please let us know as soon as possible so that replacements may be provided in time for the next guest's arrival.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

The property was the perfect location for a girls trip to Whitstable. It was less than a 5 minute walk to great shops and restaurants. The beach/sea was only a 5 minute walk in the ither direction.The flat itself was very well maintained and comfortable. We would definitely stay again when visiting Whitstable.

Good location, clean room. The room lacks Netflix and has a few technical issues.

Overall, it is excellent. Excellent location, clean room, kitchen is nicely equipped, no microwave though. When we first entered the premises, the mirror was already lying on the floor and shattered in the bathroom, leaving tiny pieces of glass everywhere; we must clean them up before we could use it. The room is not very well insulated, as the windows are not double-glazed. Every time I pass through the kitchen, the door handle scratches my arm. The design and size are not suitable for the door. The bathrooms lack showers and shampoo supplies; one dispenser sits under the handwashing cabinet, awaiting wall installation. When you turn on the water, the faucet moves due to its loose installation.The bed is comfortable and spacious; we could adjust the temperature and make ourself at home.
