Everyone who worked here for the past week was amazing and should be noticed. When we called ahead to find a room because we had construction in our apartment, we mentioned that we had chemical sensitivities so we were trying to stay away from scents. When we arrived, the front desk woman had already taken initiative to check out the room ahead of time, realize it smelled like dog from the last guest and changed our suite to another room with zero fanfare. The hotel itself also didn’t have fake scents and cleaner smells everywhere! Then when we needed maintenance done, they fixed everything quickly. Fresh towels when we needed them. Answered the staff phone cheerfully and quickly. When we needed extra pillows; the evening staff said he would get them for us. An hour later I called back and asked if he had had time to get them; he said he would be right over: he had washed and dried fresh pillows for us just in case our sensitivities would be triggered. Lastly, we had to leave and then re-check in due to the landlord messing up and then dealing with mold. The staff went around each room that qualified for what we needed and smelled it, and even pushed our check out time from 11am to 3pm with no charge when we were waiting for an air bnb since we couldn’t go back in our house. I have been treated with more consideration here than at a $250 Marriott or Sheraton. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming here. You made an incredibly stressful time so much smoother. Thank you!
