This is a very homey, welcoming place. The living room has a comfy couch and over sized chair with an ottoman, end tables and coffee table with plenty of lighting to curl up with a good book, plus a large flat screen tv, and an awsome fireplace. A nice dinning area the table and chairs are comfortable for 4 but there is also a counter that is a breakfast bar with 3 stools. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you could want, there is a large walk-in pantry. Lagre gas stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, dishes, bowls, glasses, cups, silverware, cooking utincles, dish clothes and towels, dish soap, ice trays. There is a large walk in pantry with pot, pans, baking stuff, coffee pot, tea pot even coffee and some spices, and dish soap.The bathroom has a bath/shower combo. The tub is nice and deep for a nice soak. Washer and dryer is in the bathroom, plenty of towels and wash clothes. The bedrooms are a nice size with comfy beds pillows beding and extras in the closet in the bedroom off the kitchen. The closets are big with plenty of hangers and shelf’s. The front porch has a couple of chairs and table to relax. The back porch has a grill, table with umbrella and chairs to eat at. This place is very clean and everything to make it a home away from home. The driveway is horseshoe shape so you can pull in and drive thru. You go in on 1 road and out on another. My granddaughters and I loved our stay here and would diffidently stay here again.

We loved it ! I spent most of my summers there as a kid. It was as part of my bucket list and would go back. Rental was super clean and had everything we needed. Great location and price. Thank you both

Cute! Comfortable!
Great place to stay! Looking forward to coming back! Close to snowmobile/ATV trails, lakes and restaurants. It was a cute and very comfortable stay. Only issue we had was in check in. We didn't have our code before we arrived. We arrived late at night so it was harder to get in touch with the host. Everything worked out though and we enjoyed our stay :-)

Sleeper rental
I'll be honest, when you think of Winter WI you don't typically think of nice finishes. This bungalow is less than 100yrds from the tuscobia ATV/Snowmobile trail. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was just how much nicer it was then I was expecting for the cost. We had one in each bedroom and one on the pull out couch which worked really well. The kitchen has a gas stove which as "camp cook" I appreciated and turned out some great food. Newer furnace, tankless water heater, new stackable washer/dryer, electric fireplace and 3 nice TVs. We were all very impressed and already have plans to book for the summer ATV weekend we have planned. Highly recommend

Meh - Not the stay I was expecting.
I really wouldn't give this property more than three stars. Even that might be a stretch. Upon driving up to the property, it looks quaint and is situated right on the edge of town. I was a little disappointed in the dissary of the exterior space as there was clearly a tree trimming that took place sometime prior to our stay. Large branches and limbs were scattered throughout the northeast corner of the property. When we walked into the property, we were immediately greeted by mouse feces visible on the kitched countertops. Not necessarily the warm greeting I wanted/hoped for. The property was also haphazardly cleaned. The bathroom was by far the worst, with hair and grime visible on the window sill and sink. There also must have been some decent amount of time between our stay and the last cleaning since there was a fair amount of dust covering much of the interior. I also dont comment too much on the foundation of a house, but in this case, I feel the need to mention that the master bedroom floor feels as though its on a southern tilt. Thus when laying in the bed, it feels like your head is lower than your feet. Made for a dizzying experience. I do want to commend the owners on the DIY renovations they have undertaken with this property. It has clearly come a LONG way since they took it over.

Home Away From Home
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was cozy inside, nice furniture and decor. We relaxed on the spacious deck. Property owner answered our questions as soon as we called. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was well stocked. The grill was great to have as we made dinner there our first night. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom had plenty of towels and goods. It was very quiet at night. We don’t make a fire in the fire pit but there was plenty of wood there and stater material in the pantry. And there were lawn chairs ready to use in the front bedroom. The front porch was a great way to start the morning. Thank you for a relaxing stay :)

Inside of the house was very cute and definitely clean. The outside is another story. The gutter were falling off of both the house and garage. The yard was over grown, the fire pit was just a metal fire ring in the yard with no seating. If we had known it wouldn't have been a problem to bring our lawn chairs. The grill was at the backside of the house and the deck with table was on the front side. (Just a minor inconvenience) The house is on the corner of 2 rather busy roads. And it was not waterfront as the listing stated. I was not overly surprised since there were no pictures showing water front property. Over all, it was a clean and comfortable.
