"We have stayed in and around Jasper multiple times over the years. IT is such a quaint little town. The Buffalo River and the Ozark Mountains are so beautiful there. This is, by far, the most peaceful and restful place we have ever stayed. The scenery is beautiful. Sitting on the front porch, drinking my coffee, and watching the birds was absolutely perfect!"

"The housekeeper was so nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was the steps. Didn’t say anywhere it was upstairs and 1 of us is on oxygen. It was rough getting up the hill and the stairs. I should have asked I Will be sure and ask for ground floor next time. "

"The cabin is a little dated and it is a little hard to find but the instructions from the hosts referencing Google maps is accurate and helps to locate the driveway up to the cabin. The view is the selling point to this particular property. For our stay it was unfortunately hidden by record amounts of rain and mist most of the time but that's not a reflection of the property or hosts. "Property is easy to get to and is well situated between Jasper and Ponca. It is a small cabin with all the amenities you would need for several days of peace and quiet on the lovely Mt. Sherman. The kitchen was well thought out and has cooking utensils and even some seasonings. The cabin appears to be very new and is immaculately clean. "Spent a short 4 days at the cabin. We were welcomed by Allie, the neighbors dog, and it just got better. The creek was flow, but flowing when we got there (Nov 1). There was a storm with much needed rain during our stay and when we left the creek was full and had even overflowed its banks. Scenery was gorgeous and it’s a short drive to Ponca and many of the hiking trails. We will definitely be back. "
