"We booked the stay and recieved all of the confirmation emails like we should. Had it scheduled and got a message to contact the owner prior to getting there so we could get instruction son how to get in. Took a few tries to get the owner but when we did we found out the owner had no idea we were staying there and the house had been closed and winterized.
