"This condo is very nicely updated in a beautiful oceanfront setting. A garbarge disposal would be a good addition to the property. If there are guests in the upstairs unit you can hear their footsteps. Overall a great location & a very enjoyable stay."

"My girlfriend, dogs, and I stayed in what we called “the hobbit house” in the middle of a rainstorm and it was epic! The covered patio area was perfect to watch the rain, and still stay dry. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The furniture was very comfortable and plenty of activities to keep busy. Property manager did not respond that was thef only thing i will point out. Thankfully we dint have any issues to reach out to the local contact manager so it worked out well. "The owners paid a lot of attention to the details of making sure we had everything we might need. The place was very comfortable with very nice amenities (stocked kitchen, extra supplies, hot tub, etc.) The view of the river was lovely. We enjoyed our stay there very much."

"Needs a deep scrub down , came in to dirty floors and carpet we vacuumed before using a lot of debri under all couches and tables sent pictures of doors and such with grim around the door handles and vanity upstairs had stuff on front . Heavy fragrance on all linens we washed a few times before using and still potent . House was very cold we found space heaters to heat it up there needs to be communication on heat prior maybe a guest handbook . And Wednesday we had no water it was a scheduled...

"This place is just the right size for a family gathering. There is plenty of seating in the dining and living rooms. The beach right out the door is wonderful. My only issue was that it could have been cleaner."
