Being right in the heart of Shanghai, I could easily walk to shops, restaurants, and major attractions, which was a huge plus. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the overall ambiance of the room made it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The hotel’s facilities were excellent. The pool was a great spot to relax, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Crowne Plaza Shanghai truly combines luxury, comfort, and a fantastic location.
