Lejligheder i Yorkshire

"Vi fik en rigtig god hjælp i receptionen. Flinke tjenere. Lækker morgenbuffet. Savner den gamle bar. Restauranten var til den dyre side i forhold til kvalitet."

"Really a nice old hotel with a great atmosphere. The room was fine for a British context. But when compared with hotels in Europe when the room was small and dark. The breakfast was only OK - had expected fresh bread and cheese. Enjoyed our stay close to the city."

"Great location close to Yorks city centre and the main station. We camel for the National Rail Museum wick was also very vey close. The room was large and comfortable with a huge bathroom. Sadly no view, though. Service from the reception was very neutral, not amazing in any way."

"Underwhelming. Although a gorgeous hotel, my husband and I were not entirely satisfied with our stay. The rooms were fine and they're environmentally aware, which is always a plus, but some things were lacking for a luxury hotel such as this. First of all, the cleaning was not great. Occasionally old, wet towels were crumpled up and only halfway cleaned. Second of all, children were allowed to run wild in the spa, which meant that the one hour we booked during our stay was completely ruined by water bombs, screaming and parents who decided that the entire pool could be used as a playground instead of swimming, which was what all the other guests at the spa were there for. Finally, there's something off about the atmosphere. There's a bit of a snobbish vibe, the better your clothes the better the service. Unfortunately, I opted for my jeans instead of my Miu Miu this time around. Won't be doing that next time... Everything was good though and we did get shortbread in the room, which were delicious!"

"Fint hotel til prisen med god beliggenhed i forhold til togstation og den historiske bydel. Personalet havde meget travlt, men de var søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenbuffet havde basics, alt i alt et godt hotel for et par overnatninger. "
