"The accommodation was fair. Located in a convenient and easily accessible location. Catering was good except for breakfast which was very limited. This is a touristy area so the nightclub music is very loud until early hours of the morning even In the week. The property does not have a generator so there is only WiFi access for 6 hours a day. Zambia is currently going through severe power outages, with 6 hours electricity every 18 hours. "

"Nice and quiet place. Good value for money - as compared to much more expensive hotels in town. Friendly and helpful staff. Example: I was asked if I wanted my rental car washed, but I didn't feel that I needed that, so I said "no, thank you". A short time after the staff member was busy washing my car, and of course I paid him a few Kwacha. The morning I was about to leave, he again was washing my car (which didn't look dirty at all). "Arrived at the hotel to be told we didn't have a booking and they had.not been on your books for 4 yrs Advise by owner and taxi driver that it was not safe for us to stay in the area as it was the poorest part of town We had to find alternate accommodation late in the afternoon at a cost of over $600,this was a very stressful situation for 2 females I have used Expedia several times in the past with no problems I feel that i should be re embursed for out of pocket expenses"

"Really nice place. Good manager. However, this place is NOT registered with Hotels.com, and therefore when we arrived, they did not have our reservation. Fortunately they were able to accommodate us. ONLY BOOK THIS PLACE DIRECTLY THROUGH THE BOOKING PHONE NUMBER."
