"Okay for the price "

"The hotel staff were helpful, and my room was spacious and clean. Lots of hot water! The restaurant on the top floor provides a nice view of the Gulf of Guinea (except for 1 big building in the way). I've seen better breakfast buffets, but there is as much coffee as you want. Lunches and dinners were fine - pizzas were okay, the lasagna and penne arrabiata were better. The hotel if close to the beach, next to the Grand Marche, and close to the Government areas of Lome."

I requested a shuttle from the airport in advance but nobody came to pick me up. Internet was not working in my room so I got upgraded to another room where the Internet was working but unstable (I had hard time working remotely from my room). We had power outage multiple times. "Rooms are large and have good air conditioning. Beds are comfortable. Restaurant service is somewhat slow so it is wise to allow time for your meal to arrive. The food is good, I will go back here since it is reasonably priced."
